Violence in Our Neighborhoods

Gunshots rang in my neighborhood everyday. Many innocent people suffer because of the shooters ignorance. 

Does anyone have an answer as to why all this anger, hate, and killing is taking place?

Is anyone willing to fearlessly step up, take back, and make the places safe where our children play and learn?
