I choose "Product of Slavery" because I've always ran from the subject. I've always ran from the subject because this subject matter perturbs me! This subject is a very important part of our history and it's time for me to deal with this subject matter.It amazes me that Slavery still exist in this day and time in life.There is a group in the UK called the Anti Slavery International, that was founded in 1839. This organizations is the oldest organization in the world fighting against modern day Slavery.

For Better or Worse By Rachel Mummy

I choose "For Better or Worse" by mistake. When I began reading this story it was talking about this couple who lived in a rural area, that caught my attention because I've always wanted to live in a rural area. As I continued to read and began clicking on different links, I realized this story was about a elderly married couple who reside in rural area in Ohio, the wife was in need of medical attention. One of the disadvantages of living in a rural area is there are no medical facilities near. For better or worse fit the story perfect because the wife had developed Alzheimer and her husband of 62 years is standing by her, now that's the true meaning of For better or worse. It's a struggle because of their age and the lack of medical attention that's available in a rural area. The husband is extremely old and dedicated. We need more dedicated men like this man and this gentlemen should be commended.
