Let's keep hope alive!

Hello blog-world, It's your boy Pastorp. This video contains footage from an interview I filmed here at Kennedy King College. You will also find material from Google images, video I filmed at home, video from our Safe Haven Program, and footage shot on location at 63rd and Halsted. The material chosen was carefully selected, with the idea of uplifting our younger generation. Here at KKC, we are located in the heart of the ghetto, with access to many different media outlets. I wanted to shed a little light to those who may be in darkness. Just because the school is in the ghetto doesn't mean there is no quality education. I want to be a rock in the community and took the first step to further my education. With the information and education that I'm receiving here, I can use what I'm learning to point the youth in the right direction. There is light at the end of the tunnel and if our men get back to being positive role models, We can win the war.

Let's keep hope alive!

a walk through my life nikita bailey

This is a journey through half of my life. In this small snippet I'll tell you where I'm from and what I love. I have images of my family and friends. Also you will hear as well as see my personal beliefs. Overall, I'm letting you know what I have done and what I will be doing in the future!

Jason's Good Life...Past....Present...and Future

I believe I live a good life. I take care of business when it comes to my family and my future. I was fortunate enough to have my father in my life until the age of 13, but I credit my mother for being the man I am today. She taught me values, morals, and great ethics. I want to make my family proud of everything I plan to do in the future. So I welcome you into the depths of my heart and soul as I talk about the things that really matter to me, as I live the GOOD LIFE!!!! Enjoy!!

Innovative Multi Media

I am so amazed by the new things that I have learned since I have enrolled in this Inter Active Media class. The new innovation of multi media is truly amazing! The talent is so great! I am grateful for this class but there are some things that I hope we are not asked to learn because I think it would take more than one semester. Take this simulation of the Gulf Oil spill for instance.... truly amazing of what can be done! Professor Owens....don't get any new ideas. Okay?

Kendra L. Crawford

I have no regrets....I am ready for the next phase....bring it own! I am enjoying loving me! and loving the world!
Here is a dose of K.L.C. Kendra Loving Care....Enjoy!

What's up class!  Here is a short interview that I took part in for our class project.  Looking back, I wish I had created a little more material to work with, but this is what I came up with.  I talked briefly about family life growing up, school, and my philosophy for success.

I only touched on it briefly, but the other production company that's in the works is a partnership with three other full time production guys.  We hope to be working on commercial projects before the end of the year.

So that's me.  Hope you enjoyed it.  PEACE!

Edward Steave....My life in HD!!!!!!!!

My name is Edward Steave and this is a short video about my life. I am a 32 year old student at Kennedy King College. In this video, you will learn about my goals, my family, my background and my beliefs. In life, we search for that one thing that we love to do-- the one thing that we would do for free although we would love to make our career.
Some people in my class were saying "You're doing too much" or "It's not that serious", but I don't think they understand that I was doing something that I love to do. This is a craft that has to be practiced and perfected, so every time I get a chance to practice with this software, I want to take my skills to another level. To any of my fellow students, I apologize if my zeal for this came across as arrogant--that was not my intention at all. I just want to better my craft in editing and final cut. Peace and love
