I sometimes find myself asking myself, what is the problem with city colleges. Why is there such a low graduation rate in city colleges or some of you may call them community colleges. Do not get me wrong, I love the curriculum here at Kennedy-King College. It's just that I start to wonder if I have made the right decision when the course requirements change every semester. When my refund check is held for a month because of fear that other students may drop out when they receive their refund checks. I know, it sounds a little crazy, but I need my money when it arrives at the college. I wish I had of done my research on this issue before now.
